Guys 4 weeks Update,,,, O.K,,, today was the last day of 4 Guys 4 Weeks.. Final results have Mike Toone starting weight 106.7kg's Mik's latest weight is 101Kg's,, Dr Dean started at 102.5kg's he is weighting in at a lazy 99k'gs and a bit of lose change,, Stitty started at 100.5 and is 96.25kg's.. Murp did not show today??? After doing so well.

‎4 Guys 5 weeks,, The boys are going into overtime,, 1 more week,, maybe Murph will turn up???? Keep posted for results next week.. Stitty
