Weight Loss

 

Suncoast Fitness Health Club has exercise specialists that can guide you for safe and healthy weight loss. Weight loss really means body fat loss. Our qualified Personal Trainers will give you the correct nutritional and exercise advice for your body type.

We have a specialised Weight Loss Clinic in the club dedicated to help achieve body fat loss. Try a Bio-Analysis to make sure we know exactly what it is you're trying to achieve and then measure your progress along the way with this great tool. Specialised dietary analysis is part of this service. Our group fitness classes are great for helping burn calories and therefore bodyfat.

 

Rehabilitation

 

Many of our members require some injury management for past or present injuries.

You may require some cardiac rehab after illness or have a similar circumstance that requires some special care. Rest assured you are in very good hands at Suncoast Fitness Health Club. We even have an on site rehabilitation centre (Quantum Rehabilitation) with a Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologists on hand that specialise in this field to help you get the safest and best outcome for your rehabilitation. You may be surprised to learn that injuries can be significantly improved with a correct rehab program within our club.

Suncoast Fitness Health Club has trained many past & present sporting identities we have helped at an elite level. Or you may just be a weekend warrior! No matter what your sport or what level you are, we guarantee you will get better results when you have an effective program to complement your chosen sport.

Toning & Image

 

One of the top 2 goals for our members is to tone up. This really means the goal is to reduce body fat over a trained muscle so there are no wobbly bits! We have programs and classes specially designed like the Nautilus Expressway and Body Pump to help achieve muscle tone. Many of our classes are geared towards this goal, and most of all they are fun and anyone can join them!

 

Muscle Building

 

In order to have a healthy metabolism we need to ensure we are doing some muscle resistance work. Many member's number one aim is to increase their muscle size, strength or bulk.

Suncoast Fitness has state of the art Nautilus weights and free weights to help you get there. The equipment is very easy and fluid to use, our trainers will show you how to use this equipment to get the best results. There is even the world renowned Nautilus Expressway for those members who are time poor.

 

Holistic Fitness / Health

 

Suncoast Fitness Health Club philosophy is that we must have a healthy body AND a healthy mind to achieve overall wellness. Our wellness journey requires us to eat clean and healthy food, exercise in a safe effective manner and find some calm in our lives with holistic based exercise such as Yoga and Body Balance classes. You will find there are many of these classes on our group fitness timetable. Our club has a naturopath clinic on site to help with all your natural health requirements, Jodi Chapman from Cedara House Natural Therapies is available 4 days per week at her Cedara House Natural Therapies clinic at the club.
